This plum puff pastry tart hit all the taste buds right.

A variety of fresh ripe plums, flaky puff pastry and a simple apple glaze with a drizzle of honey to round out this sweet and tart… tart.

Plums are my favorite fruit (tied with cherries)

We had a plum tree in our backyard when I was a little girl and I could always be found out there in the Summer enjoying a plum or four.

This plum puffy pastry tart is actually quite simple to make, and is a stunning dessert with all of its bright colors.

Serve as is or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

The crepes at the restaurant were served with a dill sauce, so I had to make my own version to smother these cottage cheese crepes in too.

These cottage cheese crepes make a great side dish. Serve them up with sausage, cabbage rolls and maybe a bowl of borscht and voila! Ukrainian dinner!
